New Project in El Salvador!

Dye Designs recently broke ground on a new project just outside of San Salvador, El Salvador near the small town of Zaragosa. This American style golf and country club, just 7 miles from the ocean, will attract tourists from the U.S. and Central America. “This project will have it all,” says Perry, co-architect, along with his father Pete. “The best feature is the cool ocean breeze, which doesn’t exist in town. Dye Designs: Full Speed Ahead in Roatan

Despite recent political turmoil in Honduras, The Black Pearl remains under construction and things remain normal on the island of Roatan. “When countries go into funks like this, things slow down — fuel comes in slowly, parts for bulldozers come in slowly. It’s sometimes aggravating, but working on an island in a foreign country, you learn to expect it.
